Fiktive Fotomontage, die illustriert, welche Position zu dieser Zeit die Sonne über das Jahr am Himmel einnimmt. Würde man die Sonne etwa alle sieben Tage 9 Uhr MEZ fotografieren und die Fotos zusammenführen, würde dieses Muster sichtbar.
English: Fictional Photomontage (This image is rendered incorrectly in two ways: first, the "fat" side of the south end of the analemma should be on the right/west and the "fat" side of the north end of the analemma should be on the left/east side of the central meridian, second the "fat" side of the analemma happens when the sun is moving south, roughly July through November. This image misleads in both of those ways and should be removed.)(actual positions of the sun are just estimated and have nothing to do with the German landscape) illustrating an analemma pattern in the sky as it would appear at 9:00 AM CET at roughly 50°N, 8°E. Were one to take a photo of the sun approximately each week for a year and combine the images taken, this pattern would be visible.
